Meet Réa Wright
Réa Wright, LCMHC is a psychotherapist, personal coach, mother, wife and founder of Mood Indigo Living (a fun, self-care focused body-care micro-business.)
As a global citizen and psychotherapist (for 25+ years), Réa brings a unique perspective to the struggles people face around identity, belonging, displacement, potential, and a connected, grounded, sense of Self. She is warm and compassionate, and masterfully supports her clients to tap into their emotions, creativity, resilience, and to find the resources to face fears, get unstuck, and live the lives they so desire.
Réa has been described as a “Soul Healer, Empowerment Coach,” and “Soap Witch” and brings a tremendous depth and momentum to her work that is both unique and transformational. She offers a holistic, integrative approach to client-centered therapy, psychodynamic and family systems work, Cognitive Behavioral techniques, Gestalt, Re-Decision Therapy, , Jungian traditions and Mind-Body centered philosophies. She tempers the process with creativity, imagination and humor, along with practical solutions and concrete goals.
Réa says, “I love helping people dive deep to reclaim and reconnect with the lost parts of themselves, wake up to their full potential and find a more empowered way in life. I have a deep interest and curiosity in the Mind-Body connection and believe that my two interests in life, psychotherapy and soap making, express that duality.
As a holistic and integrative practitioner, I work collaboratively with physicians, psychiatrists, chiropractors, yoga/body-workers and others to provide you with an optimum level of care.
I work with a wide variety of issues and a diverse clientele. I see adults, couples (in all stages of their relationship) teenagers and families. I work with divorced and single parents, blended families, and people of every race, ethnicity, gender and sexual orientation. I know reaching out is never easy, but please know that I am here to support you in any way that I can."
